Dr. Strauss and his staff are committed to providing you with the best care and patient service possible. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We want to make certain that you understand payment of your bill is considered to be a part of your treatment plan. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The patient portion for the professional services will be estimated at the time of your consultation.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. It has been our experience that when a dental/medical procedure is covered by insurance, most insurance companies will pay your portion of our fees within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
We will send you a monthly statement. Any balance over 60 days is subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Accounts requiring collection assistance are subject to an additional 68% in collection fees. There is a $30 service charge on all returned checks.
